Masters level teachers working at 12 Oaks will work with each student's home school to develop an appropriate curriculum that is transferable to academic credit on return to school. Chronic Pain Treatment

12 oaks offers a special program for people with chronic pain who have become dependent on pain relieving medications, such as OxyContin, vicodin, fentanyl, morphine and other opiates.

We help patients break free from a physical dependency on these medications. Many people who stop taking opiates with our assistance find that their comfort actually improves after the cessation of medications that were supposedly helping manage pain.
