To guide callers towards appropriate types of behavioral health treatment in a timely manner and with compassion; and to ensure that every person that calls in gets one step closer to the help they need by the end of the call.

We represent almost 200 addiction and behavioral health facilities from coast to coast, but if we don't have what you need, we will refer you to an organization that does. It is vital that every person get treatment that matches their unique needs and so we refer a full 90% of callers to treatment centers outside of our organization!

• We understand that you have questions, that you may feel apprehensive and that you don't likely know what you need, that's why we're here; and if you're thinking about calling on behalf of a family member – you are not alone, a full 80% of callers phone for a loved one.
